Final) Ways to stay Healthy

-------I do several things to try to stay healthy. First of all, I believe that “a sound mind is a sound body”. I try to exercise regularly to maintain the same weight and sometimes go for a walk around the village. I also try to drink water, including tea, to keep my skin moist. Finally, I always try to think positively and make attainable goals. I think that an important way to stay healthy is a balance between good mind and good health.

It's strange that someone else also used that motto- a sound mind is a sound body. Anyhow, I agree with every thing you said but it isn't easy to live that kind of life. Do you have any secrets you could share with us to help us obtain the same balance?
